1. Reservation Policy
- All reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
- Ensure accuracy when providing your details and selecting your preferred date and location, as these cannot be modified after confirmation.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the limited availability of seats and the nature of the event, we follow a strict no-refund policy under most circumstances. However, refunds may be considered in exceptional cases:
a. Eligible Refund Scenarios:
- Overbooking by Us: In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill your confirmed reservation.
b. Non-Refundable Scenarios:
- Customer Cancellations: If you decide to cancel your booking after confirmation, a cancellation fee of LKR 5,000 per seat will be charged. The remaining amount is non-refundable.
- No-Shows: If you fail to attend the event on the booked date, no refund will be issued.
- Change of Mind: Refunds will not be processed for changes in preference or personal reasons.
3. Changes to Bookings
If you need to amend your reservation, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, they are subject to seat availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for refunds or compensations due to disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as roadblocks, weather conditions, political events, or other acts beyond our control.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method used.
- For international transactions, additional processing time may apply depending on your bank or payment provider.
