Booking Confirmation
- Reservations are only valid upon receiving a confirmation from us. Please ensure you have received confirmation before proceeding with your plans.
Child Policy
- Children are required to pay the full seat price, as discounted rates are not available.
Full Payment
- Full payment is required upon confirmation of your reservation.
- Credit facilities are not available, and payments are non-refundable. Kindly confirm all details before proceeding.
Block Reservations
- We regret to inform you that block reservations are not accepted. Each booking must be made individually.
Change of Viewing Gallery
- In the unlikely event of a change in your assigned viewing gallery, we will notify you promptly to make necessary arrangements.
Cancellation Fee
- A cancellation fee of LKR 5,000 per seat will apply if you cancel your confirmed reservation. Please ensure certainty before booking.
Driver/Guide Instructions
- Please inform your driver or guide about the designated locations and timings:
- Night Perahera: Guests must arrive by 3:00 PM.
- Day Perahera: Guests must arrive by 11:00 AM.
Road Barriers
- We are not liable for delays caused by road barriers or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Route Changes
- In the event of route changes due to security reasons, we will accommodate guests on the alternative routes announced by the Sri Dalada Maligawa.
Reservation Amendments
- Any necessary amendments to your reservation will be communicated in advance. Last-minute changes will be avoided.
Early Reservations
- Seats are limited, and we recommend making early reservations to secure your preferred viewing location.
Perahera Starting Time
- The Perahera’s starting time is determined by the auspicious time set by the Sri Dalada Maligawa. We will notify you of the exact timing once announced.
